Speech Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist - SLP - ST (Per Diem)

A Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP,CCC), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Falmouth, MA. Once a part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local Per Diem rosters in your area. Must have CCC's. 

 

Facility has moved into a new facility at 359 Jones Road.  This facility is ideal for sub-acute rehabilitation with multiple first floor private rooms and brand new gym space.  We’re located in an isolated quiet part of town with ample outdoor space for community reintegration.  Our gym was completely remodeled pre COVID.  We’re looking for somebody with a passion for sub-acute rehabilitation as we have a very large transitional care caseload.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours
• Must have CCC's.
