Provide oversight and enable program participants to learn duties, functions and appropriate behaviors needed to maintain employment.
Qualifications

Vision in all aspects.
- Oversees, motivates, manages, guides, and directs worksite program participants with significant disabilities.
- Allocate work tasks and assignments to program participants while effectively managing their time.
- Assessing and monitoring quality outcomes of the program participants.
- Manage conflict and/or changes in the program participants work setting.
- Train program participants according to the service plan, goals, and objectives.
- Provide information to Employment Specialist that will be used in case notes.
- Provide input to Project Manager/Employment Specialist for evaluation of participant’s progress.
- Turn in required paperwork (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) on time and accurate.
- Report to Employment Specialist and Project Manager any changes, incidents or problems in a timely manner using the most viable option (phone, email, incident report).
- Advocate for program participants at all times.
- Attend all required staff meetings for program participants and participate when required.
Comply with all Agency policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout work area. Perform other duties as assigned.
