As a Food Safety & Quality student worker, you are part of our Nordic Supply Chain organization where you participate in maintaining, developing and improving the quality of the food at McDonald's in the Nordics’. In this role, you have close contact with with the FSQ team.
Some of your responsibilities are:
- Supporting the FSQ team in their daily tasks.
- Prepare presentations and coordinate meetings.
- Be responsible for supplier follow up within food safety, quality, and work environment, by following up on standard requirements and procedures.
- Work actively in supplier databases with compliance
- You will ensure that the raw materials supplied are within the set standards and requirements.
- Develop the processes within the FSQ team and Supply chain organization.

We are looking for a student with knowledge and an interest in working with food and packaging suppliers from a food safety & quality perspective, together with the McDonald’s in the Nordic Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) team.
To succeed in this role, you are passionate about food and enjoy working close with suppliers to achieve our common goals.
Skills:
- Ongoing BSc or master’s in food related studies or equivalent.
- We want you to be an initiative-taking and structured person.
- You have a flexible approach combined with good analytical skills.
- As the tasks are conducted in close collaboration with other functions, both internal and external, it requires that you are responsive, have good communication skills and enjoy working in close collaboration with others.
- As English is our business language, we see that you speak and write English fluently, besides one of the Nordic languages.
