Patient Service Representative - HIMG - Ortho (Full Time) -7320

St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a full time Patient Referral Representative to support the HIMG Orthopedic clinic.  This individual would be responsible for coordinating incoming referrals as well as assisting with outgoing referrals, obtaining pre-authorization, scheduling for tests and specialty physician appointments as well as other daily clerical duties.

Must be proficient with personal computer applications (Word and Excel) and have excellent data entry skills. Speed and accuracy in typing. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.  Ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions as reflected in the duties of this job description.  Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
