Position: Professional Contractor Service Centre (PCSC) Representative (All States)

Unit/Department Description:
Responsible for providing service excellence to our Sales & Service teams and Professional Contractors.
Essential Duties:
· Managing Professional Contractors
o Phone calls & walk in enquires
o Service needs
o Proactive diamond tool & SP&A sales
o Technical support
· Adhere to Branch processes & policies
o Account & Cash transactions
o Stock management
§ Inventory control
· Collection, dispatch and deliveries
· Cycle counts – Weekly & Quarterly
o Service department
§ Approval of repairs, parts ordering, processing and invoicing
Preferred qualifications:
Completed year 12 or trade qualifications
Trade or Customer service experience
Key Competencies and Capabilities:
Excellent phone manner with strong verbal and written communications skills and able to clearly articulate relevant information
· Inventory management
· Demonstrated technical or mechanical aptitude
Well-developed planning and organisation skills
Team focused with experience in a successful and cohesive customer support team and the ability to thrive in a multi-channel matrix organisation
Demonstrated computer skills including MS Office, and the ability to adapt to new systems and software
Strong desire to learn new products and develop new skills
Initiative and proactive attitude to problem solving in a busy workplace
Demonstrated ability to be able to multi-task
Strong customer orientation
Approaches challenging tasks with a ‘can-do’ attitude
