Sales Manager- IPO Listings
As a Sales Manager, Listing Services reporting to Head of ECM Nordic Listings, you’ll play a critical role in growing the listings pipeline in Finland, enhance the Finish offering and driving long‑term issuer relationships for Nasdaq Helsinki.
You’ll thrive in this position if you’re commercially driven, relationship‑led, and outcome‑focused, enjoy working with senior decision‑makers, and bring a strong interest in capital markets and transactions to a fast‑moving, high‑impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow the listings pipeline in Finland, originating, qualifying, and progressing new listing opportunities on Nasdaq Helsinki.
Engage and influence senior decision‑makers (CEOs, CFOs, Investor Relations leaders, Boards, owners) to position Nasdaq as the preferred next step for the client.
Advise and guide companies through the listing journey, tailoring Nasdaq’s value proposition to issuer needs and supporting successful listings and long‑term retention.
Work closely with advisers and partners (corporate finance, legal, IR, private capital) to source transactions and win mandates.
Represent Nasdaq Helsinki in the market, including regular travel within Finland and across the Nordic region for meetings, events, and industry forums.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, law or equivalent practical experience.
Fluent in both Finnish and English
Many years of experience in capital markets, corporate finance, financial advisory, sales, or business development.
Proven involvement in listings / IPOs or capital‑raising transactions, with solid understanding of the market ecosystem.
Demonstrated ability to originate business and build trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior stakeholders.
Previous experience of public speaking
Preferred Qualifications
Background in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, ECM advisory or fundraising.
Experience pitching, negotiating, or leading client engagements tied to transactions.
Exposure to Nordic or international capital markets.
Fluent in Swedish
This position will be located in Helsinki, Finland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment with at least 3 days per week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates. Note that travel is included in this role.
