Job Description:

For students to be eligible for CSEP positions, they must be registered in a full-time program, be a domestic fee-paying student, and must be able to demonstrate a financial need by successfully applying for OSAP or out-of-province financial aid funding.
Under the direction of the Manager, Retail Operations, the incumbent will assist the General Merchandise Buyer with the database maintenance updates for our Retail Services website. This includes updating content images as well as product descriptions to improve the experience for learners with the current look and feel of the Campus Store website.
The incumbent will work with Retail Services team to develop, write and edit current operational process manuals.
The incumbent will also assist with weekly replenishment of supplies across the Ottawa campus printer fleet during the summer period.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum one (1) year of data entry experience.
This position is funded through the College Student Employment Program (CSEP). Applicants must be eligible for CSEP.
You must be currently enrolled in a full-time program. The following students are not eligible: Second Career, Apprenticeship Programs, International students, Algonquin College employees paying a reduced tuition, Collaborative programs with the University of Ottawa or Carleton University and all programs that are not Ministry-approved;
You must be a Canadian citizen, a Permanent Resident, or a Protected Person/Convention Refugee within the meaning of subsection 95(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (Canada) prior to the application deadline date;
You must demonstrate a financial need by successfully applying for OSAP or out-of-province financial aid funding.
