As a Senior Facilities Coordinator at JLL, embedded on our client’s site, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless daily operations and facilitating exceptional workplace experiences. Your core focus will be on managing the JDE system for issuing and monitoring purchase orders and supporting contract management—providing a critical link between our client’s needs and our service delivery teams. Alongside these responsibilities, you will actively support the daily operation of all facilities coordination works, ensuring workspace functionality and a high standard of service delivery. You’ll interact with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, embodying our commitment to shaping a brighter way for our clients, ourselves, and our fellow employees. In this client-facing role, you’ll play a key part in supporting innovation, operational efficiency, and collaboration—cornerstones of the JLL value proposition.
Take end-to-end responsibility for the JDE system process for purchase order creation, management, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Monitor and maintain all aspects of vendor and contract management through Jaggaer system to ensure compliance, service quality, and timely renewals.
Support the daily operation of facilities coordination works on-site, ensuring workplace functionality and timely resolution of facility issues.
Coordinate requests for facility services, collaborating closely with client representatives, vendors, and internal teams.
Partner with procurement to ensure accurate alignment of purchase order requirements and supplier activities.
Act as the on-site point of contact for finance-related queries, providing clarity and support to both clients and suppliers.
Generate and analyze regular reports related to purchase orders, budgets, and contracts, proactively addressing any discrepancies.
Support a culture of collaboration, working closely with your JLL colleagues locally and across the globe to deliver best-in-class results.

Identify and drive continuous improvements in facility processes by contributing creative ideas and implementing innovative solutions.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in facilities coordination or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Strong hands-on experience working with JDE (JD Edwards) or other enterprise procurement/contract management systems.
Demonstrated understanding of purchase order processes, vendor onboarding, and contract administration.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and independently prioritize workload.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), with an aptitude for learning new systems.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service, embracing the optimistic and solutions-driven approach JLL is known for.
Experience working within a global corporate real estate or facilities management environment.
Familiarity with financial reconciliation, invoice management, and procurement compliance best practices.
Exposure to process improvement projects or initiatives that support team efficiency and client satisfaction.
Relevant tertiary qualification in business, facilities management, finance, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to adapt and succeed in a dynamic, evolving business landscape.
