Role Summary:
Leads Quality, Risk, and Compliance (QRC) governance across APAC, ensuring operational excellence, policy adherence, and regional audit readiness while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee regional QRC programs, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
Ensure alignment with global policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor process performance, analyze gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Lead incident management, root‑cause analysis, and preventive frameworks.
Provide QRC training, guidance, and capability building for country teams.
Maintain dashboards, audit reports, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with cross‑functional and country leadership to drive QRC maturity.
Support assurance reviews, certifications, and governance cycles across APAC.
