Minimum Skills
• Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself to make improvements. • Operations Monitoring — Watch gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly. • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, and grammar. • Basic knowledge of machines and tools. • Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
Abilities
• The ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without "giving out" or fatiguing. • The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects. • The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects. • The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.
SUMMARY Operates ceramic core injection molding machines to form ceramic patterns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may not be list but assigned as needed: • Core injection press and tooling preparation and operation • Core shape making process via injection • Dimensional and visual inspection of injected cores • Core forging operation • Preparing cores for thermal processing • Rotate with the Harrop area

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school education or equivalent life experience and three to six months related experience or training. Ability to learn and to operate all injection machines, and perform all functions of wax injection operation to include placement of patterns in wax setters or fixtures after injection.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and work instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to record information on a daily basis. Ability to speak and listen effectively to follow instructions in English. Ability to write and speak complete sentences and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add and subtract two and three digit numbers and to perform simple multiplication and division.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
