

Reporting to the Controller, responsibilities for the Administrative Representative II position include the following:
Follow up weekly for outstanding purchases and merchandise transfers, working closely with locations
Support and monitor the review and follow up of outstanding individual margin transactions
Assist in budget preparation process as required
Reconcile general ledgers, as assigned
Work effectively with team members and team leaders, with focus on clear and consistent communication
Support the identification of monthly team task assignments as identified from the Controller
Assist with internal and external audits as required
Support Finance Specialist in training team members
Support recap and accounts payable team with coverage
Adapt/update process documentation
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have SIAST or SK Polytech Accounting Certificate or equivalent
Proven extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook and Excel Level I & II
Required 3-5 years finance department recap and finance department reconciliation experience (or equivalent)
Proven familiarity with current internal financial systems and processes
