Beyond payroll execution, you act as a key contributor to Retail Analytics, transforming sales and traffic data into meaningful insights that support commercial and marketing decision‑making.

What you will bring:
You bring a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline, along with strong analytical and reporting capabilities. You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with business intelligence and data visualization tools.
Detail‑oriented and well organized, you manage deadlines effectively and maintain accuracy under pressure. Your clear communication and presentation skills allow you to explain data and payroll matters with confidence and clarity. Experience in payroll processing, collaboration with HR teams, and exposure to luxury or fashion retail environments are strong advantages.
