Summary: This role supports the coordination of experiential and interactive content across Cosm Productions and Cosm Studios Originals. The Production Coordinator interfaces with internal departments and external creators to ensure productions move efficiently from conception through integration in Cosm venues and distribution through the content pipeline.
Responsibilities: • Support day-to-day production for select Cosm Productions and Cosm Studios Originals across experiential cinema, immersive art, and entertainment genres. • Serve as a central hub of communication, alongside the Producer, to ensure all relevant information reaches stakeholders in a timely fashion. • Validate, via Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) methods, that technical production design and execution by third-party creators meets Cosm specification, and that scheduled creator submissions are prepared for review. • Document all feedback and notes; provide production staff with official feedback summaries using production pipeline tools. • Support artists, vendors, and partners to ensure that tools, assets, specifications, documentation, and best practices are communicated according to policy. • Support Cosm artists by communicating timeline requirements, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality work, and troubleshooting problems as they arise. • Maintain organizational and file hygiene across productions and uphold delivery timeliness. • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to immersive content production. Experience: • Minimum two years of experience in content production, working with producers, artists, technicians, and executives. • Experience with traditional rendered productions and review processes. • Ability to manage, prioritize, and triage multiple projects, tasks, and updates simultaneously, while maintaining delivery timelines. • Working knowledge of media file formats and management, render farm architecture, and real-time render pipelines. • Experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams; familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus. • Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to keep teams informed in a dynamic environment. • Passion for immersive media, gaming, live-streaming, sports, or eSports is a plus. The range for this position in California is $30.00-$36.00 per hour. The base rate offered will factor in internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant experience, among other factors.
