Our Housing Solutions Service is the front door for residents facing homelessness or housing crisis. With rising pressures—from legislative changes to the cost-of-living crisis—we are currently supporting over 5,000 families in temporary accommodation.
Our priority is clear: to help people move into safe, secure housing while providing high-quality, outcome-focused temporary accommodation.
About the role:
As a Temporary Accommodation Reviews Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting statutory homelessness reviews, helping ensure fair and lawful decision-making for some of our most vulnerable residents.

About the Team:
Our Temporary Accommodation Team ensures households have access to safe, suitable accommodation. We work collaboratively with landlords, managing agents, and internal services to maintain high standards across our portfolio and deliver compliant, high-quality services.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experience in housing, homelessness, or local government is helpful—but not essential. Full training will be provided.
