The Role
As a an Associate Exec in the Trading Operations Team, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the biggest products across UKI Trading. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the Sportsbook and Exchange products for our 3 UKI brands, from market creation right through to issue resolution, making quality real-time decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
You will play a key role in driving operational excellence while fostering a customer-obsessed culture with the opportunity to work across product verticals and gain exposure to all Flutter’s key products.
What you’ll do

Actively seek new ideas and collaborate with colleagues to offer an innovative and exciting betting experience to over 1 million customers.
The role demands a critical and solution-oriented problem solver, focused on continuously improving the experience of our customers.
Comprehensive training across all trading operations facets is provided. You don’t need to be an expert. We value curiosity and a desire to learn above all else.
Collaborate across various departments, including Tech, Trading, Commercial, Customer Service, Product, Liquidity and Premium, to drive operational improvements that enhance the customer experience.
Form part of a team that takes full end to end ownership of their operational area, spanning market creation, live management, settlement, post-settlement issue resolution and retrospective reporting & analysis.
For those in full-time education, flexible support is available to help balance studies with work commitments.
This is a shift-based, part-time position with evening and weekend shifts. We're seeking a reliable candidate who is flexible and available to work across our shift pattern. This role offers excellent progression potential, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time later in the year. Additional hours and overtime opportunities are also available for those looking to expand their commitment.
Regular office attendance is required, and successful candidates should be prepared to work on-site consistently.
