About the Role We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to drive execution excellence within our product development teams. This role blends strong technical expertise with people leadership, ownership of delivery, and close collaboration with Product, QA, and SRE functions. The Team Lead will be accountable for sprint execution, technical quality, team performance, and timely delivery of product features in a high-velocity environment.
Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Delivery Lead a team of engineers in building scalable, high-quality product features. Participate in architecture and design discussions; review and guide technical decisions. Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing practices, and security requirements. Own sprint execution, delivery commitments, and release readiness.
People & Team Management Mentor, coach, and support engineers in technical and career development. Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, and continuous feedback. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
Product Collaboration Work closely with Product Owners to translate product requirements into executable plans. Support backlog grooming, estimation, and sprint planning activities. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks.
Process & Improvement Continuously improve development processes, productivity, and delivery metrics. Promote automation, CI/CD best practices, and engineering discipline.
