Provide confidential one-on-one counseling sessions to employees for stress, anxiety, burnout, work-related concerns, and personal challenges.
Conduct mental wellness workshops, awareness programs, and group sessions on topics such as stress management, emotional resilience, workplace relationships, and mindfulness.
Support employees during crisis situations and provide appropriate guidance
Identify workplace trends impacting employee well-being and recommend proactive interventions.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with confidentiality and ethical counseling standards.
Assist in conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives when necessary.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environment.
Requirements
Preferred Skills:
Experience conducting corporate wellness programs or Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
Knowledge of workplace mental health practices and stress management techniques.
Familiarity with corporate work culture and employee engagement practices.
Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
