This is not a traditional sales support role. It’s a commercially focused position where you’ll partner with the sales team to unlock growth, elevate customer experience, and turn data into action.

Support the sales team with insights, reporting, and customer strategy
Analyse performance (DIFOT and KPIs) to improve customer outcomes
Assist with account activities including rate reviews, renewals, tenders, and proposals
Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
Identify trends and opportunities to support growth and retention
Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
Partner with internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware, with a strong focus on delivering results.
Experience in sales support, customer success, or account coordination
Strong analytical and reporting capability
Confident stakeholder communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
A mindset focused on improving customer outcomes and performance
