•Receives materials and lots in accordance with established procedures.
•Verifies quantities, part numbers, lot information, and item condition against shipping documents, labels, and system records; coordinates with responsible departments to resolve discrepancies.
•Performs timely and accurate system transactions for receipts, issuances, transfers, and inventory adjustments using designated systems.
•Properly stores and locates materials to prevent damage, deterioration, loss, or pilferage, ensuring compliance with EHS, safety, and quality standards.
•Issues materials with complete and accurate documentation and ensures all related system transactions are processed correctly and on time.
•Conducts scheduled inventory cycle counts; validates results, investigates variances, performs basic analysis, and recommends corrective actions. Uploads cycle count results to the Finance SharePoint as required.
•Maintains proper housekeeping and implements 5S standards within assigned areas to ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
•Ensures full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process specifications.
•Communicates and coordinates effectively with internal and external customers regarding requests, instructions, and inventory‑related concerns, providing timely feedback and follow‑through until resolution.
•Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor to support operational requirements
Education and Experience
- College graduate or graduate of a technical/vocational course.
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in supply chain, warehouse, logistics, or inventory‑related functions.
- Experience in planning or inventory control is an advantage.
Skills and Requirements
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with related inventory systems
- Good attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to follow procedures and work instructions consistently.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
