Your Key Responsibilities
- Complete all tasks in line with company procedures and risk assessments
- Handle food products in accordance with hygiene, quality, and housekeeping standards
- Work collaboratively with other department managers to support site performance and future growth
- Lead, manage, and support the production team to ensure operational objectives and standards are achieved
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational KPIs and financial controls to drive performance
- Promote and lead a continuous improvement culture using GMP tools and methodologies
- Create and deliver projects focused on cost management and operational efficiency
- Ensure standards relating to product quality, hygiene, equipment, technical compliance, and operator performance are consistently maintained
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across the management team
- Manage disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company procedures
- Support additional management activities and operational requirements as needed
