A little bit about our team:
Our commercial team is a key pillar for business growth in charge of physical and digital competencies, D2C and many more processes.
We are looking for a dynamic, precise, and tech-savvy individual with a deep passion for music, eager to take their first steps in the record industry to join our team. This resource will have a primary focus on D2C
Your role: E Commerce Intern
The intern will support the department in the following operational activities, managing information flows between the warehouse, marketing, and the e-commerce team:
Catalog Management: Uploading and updating the physical repertoire across managed stores, starting with the Warner Music Italy Shop.
Platform Optimization: Improving product presence on third-party e-commerce platforms through which Warner distributes its titles.
SEO & AI Optimization: Refining copy and product descriptions to maximize visibility on both traditional search engines and AI-generated results.
Reporting & Data Analysis: Constant monitoring of sales performance, drafting internal reports, and real-time data extraction to meet stakeholder needs.
Strategic Support: Actively supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing the shopping experience and customer loyalty.
About you:
Education: Degree or specialization in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields. Theoretical foundations (or basic practical experience) in e-commerce are preferred.
Passion for the Music Industry: A genuine interest in the dynamics of the music market and physical products (CDs, Vinyl, Merch).
Tech Mindset: Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and the new frontiers of SAIO (Search AI Optimization).
Attitude: Meticulous attention to detail (precision is key for catalog management), problem-solving skills, and a strong collaborative spirit to support the team.
Google Workspace: Proficient in Google Sheets (for data analysis) and Drive.
E-commerce CMS: Basic knowledge of platforms such as Shopify.
Data & SEO: Foundational reporting skills and basic knowledge of SEO and SAIO.
We’d love it if you also had:
Languages: Good knowledge of English and Italian (both written and spoken).
