Key responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Revenue assurance & analytical reviews – Perform end‑to‑end revenue and cost analysis, identify leakage, trends, and anomalies, and support reconciliations across product and channel flows.
Risk & control governance – Support control documentation, control testing, evidence management, and issue tracking.
Root cause analysis – Investigate control failures, reconciliation breaks, or audit findings; articulate root causes and corrective actions clearly.
Audit support & management – Act as a key support resource for internal and external audits including walkthroughs, evidence packs, and management responses.
Finance assurance stakeholder management – Serve as a primary point of contact to finance colleagues and assurance teams, ensuring clear ownership, timely responses, and defensible outputs.
Executive‑ready reporting – Prepare concise, accurate analysis and commentary suitable for senior management, CFO, and governance forums.
Action tracking & remediation – Track agreed actions, dependencies, and deadlines to closure, escalating risks where necessary.
Candidate profile
Strong audit, assurance, or control background within financial services
Highly analytical, detail‑driven, and comfortable with data interrogation
Clear written and verbal communicator; able to translate complexity into risk‑focused insight
High standard of documentation, integrity, and audit defensibility
Education
