Strategy Development: Generate, evaluate and make recommendations on Personal Loans strategy as this relates to the customer value proposition and driving growth and sustainability from customer relationship portfolios Stakeholder Management: Actively promote and manage the collaborative engagement of internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, clients, service providers, business partners and other Absa entities Sales Management

Develop and implement sales enablement frameworks, processes, and tools
Support sales teams with training, playbooks, and performance resources
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure aligned messaging and campaigns

Provide frontline support for deal structuring, proposals, and pipeline acceleration
Data Management & Analytics
Manage and maintain sales data quality, governance, and integrity
Leverage CRM systems ( Salesforce) to track performance and customer insights
