Receipt and identification of components
Chemical cleaning of components
Inspection procedures and processes
Welding of turbine components
Blending of turbine components
Operation of various machines/equipment i.e. EDM, CNC milling machines, surface grinders etc.
Completion of product process tasks in accordance in accordance with approved data (e.g., Opsheets, TPS,..)
Compliance with applicable quality system procedures (e.g., process control checks, reporting non-conformance, policies, safety statement, air cargo security, Radiation safety, Airworthiness requirements)
Recording of results of inspections, tests, control checks, batch/run numbers, work completed, to maintain a true record of work completed. Verifying and maintaining component identification
Perform all tasks in a safe manner and observing good human factors principles
Assist Lead Hands in achieving goals set
Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment
Good standard of education
Display acceptable aptitude in verbal & numeric skills & mechanical comprehension
Experience in an industrial environment is also an advantage
