Job Summary:
The Coordinator for High School Programming is a key member of the Office for Educational Outreach and Pathway Initiatives. This position will assist in the development and implementation of office pathway/pipeline and outreach programs. Work includes recruiting students for and implementing programs targeting high school youth, including populations from underrepresented and underserved groups (first generation, lower income, etc.) in STEM and healthcare fields.

General Operational Management (20%)
Office Technology Support (20%)
Work Location:
Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $57,206 - $75,203.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
