Workplace Solutions (WPS) Operations Manager – LATAM

Role Overview
The Workplace Solutions Operations Manager – LATAM is the WPS operational lead for LATAM, accountable for day-to-day operational oversight of key commercial locations (including designated destination sites), regional supplier operational governance, and tactical stakeholder management across the LATAM workplace portfolio.
As part of Haleon’s evolving operating model, this position sits within the global Workplace Solutions function. The role ensures LATAM delivery is consistent with global WPS standards, governance and service expectations, while partnering closely with LATAM stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and deliver reliable workplace outcomes.
Accountable for safe, compliant and reliable workplace operations across LATAM, including service performance management and operational risk escalation.

O Gerente de Operações de Workplace Solutions – LATAM é o líder operacional da WPS para a região da América Latina, responsável pela supervisão operacional diária de locais comerciais estratégicos (incluindo sites definidos como “destination sites”), pela governança operacional regional de fornecedores e pela gestão tática de stakeholders em todo o portfólio de ambientes de trabalho da LATAM.
Como parte do modelo operacional em evolução da Haleon, esta posição está inserida na função global de Workplace Solutions.
