This is a brand-new opportunity designed for those with no previous security experience. Whether you’re currently working in customer service, retail, aviation, care, or something completely different, you already have valuable transferable skills. If you’re someone who can communicate well, stay calm under pressure, and enjoys helping others, this could be the ideal next step for you.
You’ll join a fully supported apprenticeship programme, gaining hands-on experience from day one at one of our major client sites. With no classroom-based learning, everything you learn will be practical and on the job, supported by experienced colleagues and a dedicated coach who will help you develop, grow, and succeed in the role.

You’ll join our 12‑month Security Officer Apprenticeship (plus 3 months for your end‑point assessment), fully supported by a dedicated coach. This is hands‑on, practical learning — no college days or classroom attendance — with everything gained directly in the workplace alongside experienced colleagues who want to see you succeed and build a long‑term career with us.
