You’ll be the one making sure our AI tools, automations and business systems are well-built, reliable and creating real business value.
Examples include:
Build systems that create real business impact. You will work on the tools, automations, integrations and AI solutions that help us to increase quality, improve profitability and scale faster.
Turn important ideas into working solutions. You will take priorities from the business and translate them into clear specs, smart workflows and working systems.
Own internal AI tools from idea to improvement. You help shape the concept, define the workflow, write and improve prompts, coordinate with design and engineering, test the result and keep improving it after launch.
Automate work across the company. You will identify and build automations across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service, Retention and Finance - always asking: "What is the simplest solution that creates the most value?"
Make our business systems sharper and more reliable. You will work with all systems that power our business. Sometimes that means improving data quality, sometimes integrating systems, sometimes making sure important updates simply do not fall behind.
Drive product projects across teams. You do not need to be the best coder in the room, but you should be technically curious, comfortable with modern AI tools, and able to work closely with developers.
Stay hands-on. This is a hands-on role where you will configure, build, prompt, test, clean up data, write specs, improve workflows and follow through until things work properly.
We care more about your skills and mindset than a specific CV. We think you’ll do great here if you’re:
Business-first. You care more about outcomes than technical elegance. Before asking "how do we build this?", you ask "what is this for?" and "is there an easier way?"
AI-obsessed, but pragmatic. You are excited about the endless opportunities with AI - but you also know that AI is not always the answer. Sometimes the best solution is a simple automation, a better process or cleaner data.
Hands-on by nature. You enjoy working hands-on with tools, prompts, workflows, integrations and systems.
Ambitious and self-driven. You like being trusted with important problems. When you own something, people can rely on you to get it done.
A clear communicator between business and tech. You can talk to a functional manager about what they are trying to achieve, then translate that into something a designer, developer or systems person can work with.
You are fluent in English. Swedish is a plus, but not required. (You’ll collaborate across Sweden and France.)

The office is situated on the entire second floor of Lund’s station building.
