The Lemon8 Creator Partnership Team focuses on building and scaling strong creator ecosystems across key lifestyle verticals such as fashion, beauty, wellness, and everyday inspiration. The team works closely with creators through hands-on onboarding, collaboration, and ongoing partnership management, leveraging platform insights and content trends to drive high-quality content creation. By supporting creators and fostering long-term partnerships, the team helps enhance content diversity, discovery, and overall user engagement on the platform.
Responsibilities: - Manage the end to end creator partnership establishment including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, content delivery and quality, report and analysis. - Use data to identify uprising creators; attract and cultivate strong connections and relationships with the creators in order to develop and scale creator partnership programs for Lemon8. - Coach and guide creators on how to edit posts (photo/video) to improve platform content quality and create external facing graphics/visuals when needed. - Analyze content performance and generate qualitative and quantitative insights. Recap and summarize insights to inform future content strategy and plans. - Analyze data to draw insights around creators and users. Identify potential issues and find solutions to achieve goals.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70304 - $159600 annually.
