About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Manager to join the Treasury team at Lendlease, supporting our Investments Australia business. This is a strategic role responsible for shaping and executing funding and financial risk management strategies across a diverse investment portfolio.
You will partner closely with senior leaders and external financial institutions to optimise capital outcomes, deliver robust risk management strategies, and support the continued growth of the business.
You will also contribute to the direction, performance and culture of the broader Treasury team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of debt financing and liquidity strategies.
Manage and implement financial market risk strategies, including hedging activities.
Drive the successful execution of complex financing transactions.
Provide expert treasury advice and structuring guidance to internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financing partners.
Partner with internal teams across finance, investment and legal functions.
Contribute to the broader Treasury strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Qualifications in economics, finance, commerce or finance law; postgraduate studies (MBA, Master of Applied Finance) highly regarded.
Strong experience in corporate treasury, banking, real estate or financial services.
Proven track record executing debt funding transactions.
Strong understanding of financial markets and risk management instruments.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
