Aesthetician- Full Time, Salon/Spa (Harrah's SoCal)

This position is responsible for providing all types of skin care, body treatments, waxing, etc. at the Spa at Harrahs.  All treatments must be done in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.

• Must be able to initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner. 

• Must be able to work well with others and as a team.

• The ability to perform all types of skin care services offered at The Spa at Harrahs

• Knowledge of other services offered at The Spa at Harrahs

• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager.

• Participate and attend all education classes and staff meetings.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California Aesthetician license
• Completed and passed State Board of Cosmetology.
• Two years experience in a hotel or resort.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent guest service skills.
• Must be able to work a close-knit environment with constant co-work involvement.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• Able to lift items up to 10 lbs.
• Able to stand for a long period of time (up to an average 10-hour shift).
• Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English. 

 

Pay: $15.50 plus 25% commission on services rendered 

Preference is given to qualified Rincon tribal members and members of other federally recognized tribes.
