Responsibilities
- Support commercial growth by developing content and sponsorship-led solution packages, especially around seasonal and tentpole moments, combining creators, content, and TikTok ad products into scalable offerings
- Translate market opportunities into compelling client-facing narratives, including pitch decks, proposals, and rate cards, aligned with regional standards and localised for Thailand
- Own end-to-end coordination of projects across pre-sale to post-sale stages, ensuring clear stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.
- Drive the rollout and adoption of TikTok One, Creator Marketing, and TikTok Symphony in Thailand by translating market needs into clear product positioning and localized GTM strategies
- Act as a data-driven creative partner, leveraging platform insights, trends, and subcultures to strengthen proposals and improve performance outcomes
- Capture market feedback and insights to inform product improvements and future solution development.
- Support training and enablement initiatives to strengthen internal teams’ ability to package and sell creative solutions.
