Main Responsibilities:*
Deliver Sales, Margin, and Working Capital Targets
Achieve Division sales, margin, GtN, DSO, and DOH
objectives through disciplined planning and execution
Lead External Market Interface and Core Stakeholder Engagement
Manage key distributor and customer relationships, provide
market intelligence to internal partners.
Build and Lead a High‑Performing Sales Organization
Set goals, monitor performance, manage incentives, recruit talent, and develop capabilities through coaching and training
Drive Integrated GT Execution across Taiwan
Conducts sales and cycle meetings to monitor progress, drive
improvement, and deliver every day great execution
Ensure Strong Financial and Resource Governance
Control sales‑related expense budgets and ensure efficient use of resources aligned with Division priorities.
Skills & Experience Required:*
Education: Bachelor's degree
20+ years in / sales / distributor / Pharmacy operation role within the top FMCG companies.
Other qualifications/certifications: Sales Management and leadership professional.
