You are a designer at heart. You specialize either in motion graphics or you are a strong visual designer with some experience with motion design. You live and breathe eye-catching, arresting design, photography, typography and visual communication.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Has strength in 2D/3D motion graphics, creative technology, and/or concept development
- Understands ad performance and how to iterate based on data metrics and insights (KPIs)
- Proactively implements performance learnings into creative development process
- Holds quality of work to a high standard across all clients and projects
- Able to actively participate and develop concepts for modular content, long form, brand activations, and 360 campaigns
- Collaborates with team members to build out storyboards and decks for all types of projects
- Continuous focus on growth and challenging both other team members and themselves
- Adoption and honing of new creative trends, emerging processes and platforms
- Proactively communicates with project and team leadership on progress and bandwidth
- Ability to determine and propose inventive and non-traditional solutions
- Proactively communicate with Project Managers, Art Directors and Account Managers to update on progress and bandwidth
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 4 years industry experience collaborating with teams and working independently
- Have a passion for and familiarity with digital advertising & content, particularly paid & organic social
- Have a strong portfolio filled with engaging, attention grabbing design, motion design, and campaign work
- Be well organized and a great collaborator
- Knowledge of typography, design, animation, and motion graphics
- Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Suite primarily After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator (knowledge of Indesign and/or Premiere is a plus)
- Hold quality of work to a high standard across all clients and projects
- Work with team members to build out storyboards and decks for all types of projects
- Proven experience with AI motion tools and image generation, demonstrating the ability to create dynamic visuals and animations through advanced technological solutions.
