About the Job

At Ajaib, we are on a mission to revolutionize investing in Indonesia by making it simple, accessible, and inclusive for everyone. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Finance Operations Staff (Contract) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations, supporting the efficiency of our processes and helping us deliver a seamless experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash flow and maintain optimal liquidity levels.
• Manage cash operations and prepare cash flow forecasts to support business needs.
• Support the development of cash management strategies to improve efficiency and mitigate financial risk.
• Prepare and provide data for financial reporting and audit purposes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve treasury matters and enhance operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of cash management principles and banking operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with the fintech industry is a plus.
