Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in management consulting, sales enablement, program management, or sales operations.
- Ability to communicate in English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently for LATAM stakeholder engagement.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience taking broad global concepts and developing structured, localized plans for a diverse regional field.
- Experience guiding sales teams through organizational restructuring or role transformations.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud products or similar cloud technology platforms.
- Ability to partner with the LATAM leadership to prioritize enablement interventions.

As the LATAM Business Program Manager you will act as a strategic partner to the LATAM Office of the President, COO and Chief of Staff. You are the critical link between global enablement strategy and regional execution, responsible for supporting the Strategic Priorities across Latin America.
In this role, you will balance the need for global consistency with the necessity of local relevance, ensuring that Cloud Googlers in LATAM are equipped to lead with AI and execute our GTM priorities, accelerating performance through engaging and relevant enablement that contributes to impactful business outcomes and fosters a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities
- Act as a member of the LATAM extended leadership team, providing a bidirectional feedback loop between the field and global role transformation teams.
- Support regional priorities with the Office of the President such as driving daily usage and proficiency in internal tools like Gemini Enterprise and Notebook LM to close the current adoption gap pulling on initiatives from other regions if they exist, or innovating where necessary.
- Partner with other teams to ensure alignment and sequencing of field activities.
- Translate and adapt global initiatives into local market contexts to ensure maximum relevance and high-velocity attendance (e.g., ensuring local case studies, speakers and examples).
- Ensure that the region attains 80% completion of required courses each quarter through structured communications cadence and strategic presence in leadership meetings.
