We are seeking experienced GL analysts to join our Workstream_GL team. The position will be responsible for managing and executing a range of critical fixed asset, project accounting, and general ledger tasks for multiple countries within the region.1. Project Management:
● Create Capex/ E&I projects
● Perform core project management tasks, including project revision, extension, cost transfers,
closing projects, and changing project statuses.
● Send out identify fixed asset files and follow up with project managers on committed costs,
overrun projects, expired projects.
● Create Fixed Asset (FA) forms.
● Ensure the Project Module Close is completed on schedule.
2. Fixed Asset/ D&A Management:
● Manage the end-to-end fixed asset life cycle, including identifying asset files, processing
adjustments in the FA module, managing capitalization and proceed disposal/ retirement.
● Prepare the monthly D&A analysis report and Retirement report.
● Ensure the timely closing of the FA module.
3. Reporting and other closing tasks:
● Prepare and process manual JVs, including recurring entries, adjustments.
● Perform reconciliation (CIP/ FA/ IFRS16/ E&I Recon).
● Prepare and submit required IRIS packages (Group reporting)
● Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Strong understanding of accounting principles and fixed asset best practices.
● Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (if applicable)
● Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
