Your tasks
We are looking for a Data Scientist to support data‑driven transformation across production, quality, and process operations. The role focuses on advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and predictive solutions that improve transparency, stability, and operational excellence.
You will work at the intersection of data science, production, quality, and Industry 4.0.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze production, quality, and process data to identify improvement opportunities
- Build statistical and machine‑learning models (DoE, predictive analytics, SPC)
- Develop dashboards and automated reporting (Power BI, JMP/JMP Live, SQL)
- Implement and maintain SPC monitoring and process capability analyses (Cpk, Ppk)
- Analyze concessions, RMAs, and field returns, including root cause and reliability insights
- Build and maintain data pipelines integrating ERP, MES, QMS, and test data
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams
- Support SMART Factory implementation and digitalization on the shop floor
- Collaborate into the IioT Framework and generate value of each use case considered
Your profile
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and quality tools (SPC, MSA, DoE)
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools
- Ability to perform root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA)
- Experience with data pipelines; JMP/JMP Live is a plus
- Fluent English and Polish
