Job Description:

* 负责系统研究国家及地方医保政策，跟踪政策动态与趋势，分析其对医疗器械行业的影响及联动效应，定期输出研究报告。 * 基于政策研判，制定公司医保应对策略，协助业务部门识别市场机遇、评估与管控政策风险。 * 组织开展内部医保政策培训与解读，提升相关部门对政策的理解与应用能力。 * 支持中央层面政府事务工作，参与和医保相关主管部门的沟通，推动政策倡导与关系维护。 * 协同公司各相关部门或团队，推动医保相关策略在业务中的落地与执行。 * 联动行业协会、专家及合作方，拓展政策信息渠道，支持公司长期政策环境建设。

岗位要求 * 研究生及以上学历，公共卫生、医保管理、医药政策等相关专业优先。 * 具备医疗器械或医药行业政府事务、政策研究、市场准入相关经验，熟悉医保政策体系与运作机制。 * 具备优秀的政策分析、研究报告撰写及策略制定能力，能独立开展政策调研与解读。 * 沟通协调能力强，具备良好的内外部推动力，能适应跨部门、多任务协作。 * 思维缜密，责任心强，具备良好的抗压与应变能力，能适应阶段性出差。 * 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能胜任英文邮件、报告及会议沟通。 * 具备项目管理或内部培训经验者优先。
