What We’re Looking For
Experience in service dispatch or customer coordination for home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Comfortable handling phones, texts, and scheduling systems in a fast-paced setting
Clear, friendly communicator who stays organized under pressure
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Team-first mindset with a positive, helpful attitude
