Osborne’s Workforce Development Unit is seeking an experienced Career Coach to support its Green Clean Energy project. This role is responsible for conducting community outreach and participant recruitment, screening and enrolling eligible candidates, facilitating orientations and job readiness workshops, providing ongoing case management and support, monitoring participant progress, and connecting participants to appropriate resources and referrals to support their employment and career development goals. The Career Coach will collaborate closely with the Director of Workforce and Employment Specialists. This position is based in our Brooklyn office, with occasional travel to Osborne offices in Brooklyn and the Bronx.
This position is temporary and is expected to end on or before June 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension.
Salary: $28.04- $29.67/hr
