Job Summary:
Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Surveillance Supervisor. The Surveillance Supervisor leads a clandestine team in monitoring gaming operations and ensuring strict compliance with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. This role focuses on detecting irregularities via CCTV, mentoring staff, and coordinating with management to safeguard casino assets and maintain operational integrity.
Essential Job Functions:

- Carries out procedures, trains, and evaluates personnel in keeping with company objectives.
Supervises and coordinates activities related to the surveillance of gaming areas, cashier cages, count rooms, and any other areas as determined by management.
- Assist the shift managers in the overall operation of the surveillance department.
- Assumes responsibility for the shift managers in their absences.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations and ensures that these regulations are adhered to.
- Keep the surveillance shift managers and director informed of all pertinent information regarding surveillance activities and irregularities.
- Observe, detect, and report any cheating activity.
- Perform all other duties as required.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Surveillance experience preferred.
- Good computer skills required.
- Must be able to train employees on the computer.
- Possess a thorough understanding of all surveillance activities necessary for a secure casino operation.
- In depth knowledge of slot machines, and all casino related departments to include credit, cage, count rooms, security, and any other areas as determined by management.
- Previous managerial/supervisory skills desired.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written skills are essential.

- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
