JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing administrative, phone and clerical support to the Logistics Department with a focus on Inter-Franchise customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Send and receive emails and answer incoming and make outgoing phone calls; follow up on inquiries, field/answer routine calls/emails and non-routine questions or observations
· Facilitate the sharing of information between other Logistics staff, vendors and internal customers
· Assist in KPI reporting
· Data entry in Excel and TMW
· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements
· High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
· 1 - 3 years prior experience as an administrative assistant or performing clerical duties
· Typing Skills: Minimum 35 wpm (Testing required)
· Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
· Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
