As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive business growth, expand market share, and maximize sales opportunities in alignment with company objectives and market trends.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to understand their needs, address their concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and retention.
Forecasting sales projections, analyzing sales data, and monitoring market trends to identify opportunities for revenue optimization, pricing strategies, and sales performance improvements.
Overseeing sales operations, processes, and systems to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including CRM utilization and data management.
We're looking for someone who:
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, plans, and tactics to drive business growth and market expansion.
Customer-centric mindset with excellent relationship-building and communication skills, including the ability to understand customer needs, address their concerns, and deliver value-added solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Solid understanding of the industry landscape, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, with the ability to leverage market insights and trends to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives, coupled with strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills to win new business and drive revenue growth.
Proficient in using sales tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software applications to manage sales operations, track performance, generate reports, and leverage technology to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency.
