Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Portfolio Account Managers alongside direct management of a Portfolio Coordinator who supports the team’s day-to-day operations.
This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence—ensuring high performance across complex account portfolios while maintaining strong delivery standards, efficiency, and service quality. You will play a key role in driving commercial outcomes, supporting complex deals, and enabling your team to succeed through effective coaching, structure, and support.

What We Need from Yü
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Portfolio Account Managers, driving high performance and accountability • Set clear objectives aligned to revenue growth and portfolio performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing structured feedback and development plans
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, proactivity, and commercial delivery
- Provide oversight on high-value deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk appetite
- Drive portfolio performance ensuring customer lifetime value is central
- Ensure consistency and quality in account management practices across the team
- Oversee workload distribution and resource planning to maintain efficiency and SLA adherence
- Act as an escalation point for complex partner or commercial issues
- Drive operational improvements to enhance partner experience and internal efficiency
