ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a strategic client services professional, Account Director, with digital and performance marketing experience for large organizations.
The Account Director is a client-facing role for an established digital marketer and natural leader. The Account Director role is at the forefront of our business for clients, and ultimately responsible for the client relationship and business partnership. Working both as an individual contributor and collaboratively with a team, this role is responsible for the overall client experience to exceed their expectations– from delivery quality, to alignment with client goals and outcomes.
The ideal candidate for this role has a well-rounded digital marketing background, is comfortable with and excels in a fast-moving agency environment, is a self-starter who demonstrates exceptional communication skills, is adept at leading multiple clients in a book of business - including enterprise organizations, and brings a data-centric problem solving mindset to every engagement.
This role is available due to an internal transition, offering a great opportunity for a new team member to join and make an impact.
To qualify candidate must reside and be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship. The position is remote; however, you must live in the GTA as there are weekly in-person client meetings.
