Description
This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working entirely remotely within Canada.

You will work on projects that will help revolutionize how companies work with their data and files through utilizing Vena's software.
As Senior Product Manager, your goal is to help build a robust and easy-to-use platform based on user research, internal feedback, in-depth review, and design and technical discussions. You will make decisions to prioritize platform features and define the MVP for launch, and plan iterations to drive incremental value to users while supporting Vena’s customer acquisition, expansion and retention goals. You will be an essential part of the team as we scale and push ourselves to become the next great Canadian software company.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Work across the organization to ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with business strategies, and establish a shared vision
- Collaborate with software developers and stakeholders to identify, assess and prove productization opportunities
- Develop, or help in developing prototypes, and conduct user feedback sessions
- Be the voice of the user community (internal consultants and external customers)
- Take full ownership of your product area and make tough product decisions
We'd Love to See
- You have 5+ years of experience in a similar Product Management role, preferably working with a SaaS solution
- You have worked closely with technical architects, and discussions around architecture of complex web-based applications doesn't scare you
- You have worked closely with designers and user researchers, and bring a proven record of inspiring design ideas that led to measured success
- You have successfully launched products, and led GTM efforts by working with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Services, and Support
- You are familiar with quantitative research methods such as AB testing and analytics
The base salary range for this role is 132,090 - 178,710 CAD.*Our salaries are tailored to roles, levels and locations. Your individual pay within this range is influenced by factors like work location, skills, experience and education. As you progress in your role, your compensation may adapt, offering flexibility for growth beyond initial levels.
