WinGD is looking for a
Intern Corporate Services Administration and Automation (m/f/d)
Location: Winterthur
Workload: 100%
Starting Date: 01.06.2026 or tbd
Responsibilities:
Process automation & digitalisation
- Support the automation of business processes using Power Automate for Communications and Corporate Services.
- Maintain documentation for automated processes, purchasing activities, and records.
- Support the standardisation of templates across Corporate Services, aligning with corporate identity standards.
Communications & engagement support
- Support Communications with activity digitisation and data entry into the CRM.
- Support Communications with administrative tasks including merchandise procurement, inventory and distribution (including business card). Coordinate merchandise needs across the organisation.
- Support internal and external event preparation and execution.
QEHS & facilities support:
- Support QEHS with safety equipment procurement, inventory and distribution.
General Corporate Services support:
- Act as an all-rounder and assist with day-to-day activities, coordinate requests, and support Corporate Services.
Requirements:
- (Enrolled) student (Bachelor or Master) (preferably in Business Administration, Automation, Digital Transformation, Communications or related field).
- Basic knowledge of process automation (preferably Power Automate)
- Strong all‑round digital skills with confidence in modern workplace tools and platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, document management systems, and digital workflows.
- Good language skills in English
