As the Head of Hotels & Holidays, you will have end-to-end accountability for the performance, strategy and commercial outcomes of Qantas Loyalty’s Hotels and Holidays portfolio across Qantas and Jetstar. This role combines accountability for Hotels performance, strategic partnerships, procurement and connectivity, and is a critical contributor to Loyalty earnings growth, redemption strategy and broader Group outcomes.
The role is accountable for a large and complex portfolio of strategic partners including major global hotel chains, independent hotels, Cruise companies and tourism bodies, delivering significant Total Transaction Value, commission revenue, margin and points burn outcomes. You will own the 3–5 year Hotels, Partnerships, Procurement and Connectivity strategy, ensuring alignment to Qantas Loyalty’s medium-term strategy and financial targets.
As a member of the Qantas Loyalty B2C leadership team, you will play a central role in driving cross-business synergies, leading change, and leveraging partnerships to unlock new member value, differentiated propositions and sustainable commercial advantage. You will have senior executive engagement across Loyalty, the Airline, Jetstar and external partners, and bring industry-leading thinking on travel, accommodation and emerging customer trends.
