Key Responsibilities
- Lead the quality assurance and quality control function for CDU manufacturing.
- Define inspection standards and sampling plans for key CDU components.
- Establish and monitor in-process inspection points and implement statistical process control for critical parameters.
- Ensure all units pass final inspection before packaging and shipping.
- Lead customer complaint investigations and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Lead quality improvement projects using lean tools, drive reduction of COPQ, scrap, rework, and first pass yield improvements.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with product safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, refrigeration engineering or related field.
- 5+years of experience in data center related products or cold plates quality engineering.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of CDU production process and inspection control.
- Proficient in quality tools and data center international standards.
- Preferred experience with inspection instruments, leak detectors, multimeters, pressure gauges of data center industry.
- Good data analysis skills and problem-solving skills.
- Good English listening, speaking, and writing skills.
